I'm Now over 50 & falling apart... Developed golfers elbow this outdoor season (never ever had that issue before)

I’m contemplating getting an inset/strip for my carls place premium mat because of elbow pain, but I honestly don’t know if it’s the mat or the fact that I’m hitting a bazillion balls cuz it’s fun. Anyone migrate from the carls place mats?
