Flightscope and P3ProSwing ... what should I do?

I have a Flightscope X2 and I am using the Short Software.
I also have P3ProGolf (P3ProSwing) I have 2 P3 Sensor Units. I can use One for LH and One for Right Hand because of the space I have in my shop.
I would love to make sure that I have very accurate readings. What would all of you suggest I do to get the perfect setup?
I would like to add that I am Left-Handed so to play a course with someone that is Right-Handed it works out rather well. I know some Launch Monitors
are set up next to the golf ball so that does not work as well. I really want to make the right move. I really appreciate your help!

Could you clarify what "Short Software" is? Are you talking about Short Indoor mode? I'm assuming you are using E6 for simulation, or are you asking about practice/fitting?

IMO, FS is going to give you more measured info related to club and ball. It is simple from a setup perspective since there is one sensor and all you need to worry about it making sure you have the metal sticker.

Let us know what you are looking to accomplish with the units (simulator or launch monitor/fitting/practice).
