Ok, something is seriously wrong with this game....even after taping my clubs and hitting everything life-like on the virtual range, I'm still getting completely false readings on the majority of my shots while playing any given course. I won't bother playing round 4 because it's aggrevating me to the point of returning the entire system and requesting refunds for the two upgrades I purchased. I simply can't understand why its so innacurate, for the love of god tell me some secret to fix this thing. I'm a low handicap in real life and know how to shape a shot, but this system just won't do it.

I was able to fix my problems with tape and the off set feature in the custom club set. First you need to create a custom club set and then you can edit each club. Seemed to work out for me. I was able to bring the games 70 yard slice back in to my natural 15 yard fade but adjusting the off set and deleting completely the "calibration".Originally posted by live2golf View PostOk, something is seriously wrong with this game....even after taping my clubs and hitting everything life-like on the virtual range, I'm still getting completely false readings on the majority of my shots while playing any given course. Wow ! Lots of action since this morning 😲 Way to post a solid number General Catman 👍 After reading all the putting adventures I'm scared to start later ...... I'll try to practice on the green beforehand. Cheers boysWww.onlinegolftour.net

So I'm having the same problems has live2golf. On the driving range the shots are more realistic. Once I hit the course I'm getting ridiculous numbers that I know my club face is not in that position. For example. My driver is 15 degrees closed when I know for a fact it's square or slightly closed of 2 degrees.
Played the hd simulator this morning at our local establishment and payed attention to all the club degrees. And not once was it higher then 3.5 closed or open.
So if I can't figure something out very soon. Will be unplugging the optishot. It seems ever since switching to the optishot 2 when I started noticing these ridiculous numbers.
Any suggestions????Last edited by Willymakit; 12-08-2014, 01:56 AM.

Yeah, I also had multiple shots that read 15 degree closed when I know they are not.
As you can see from the field their are very high scores in round 4 (besides CatMan and RayC-Good job guys!). I think the SLOW green are way too slow and the FAST greens are way too fast. It doesn't make it fun or competitive when playing on those green speeds. I would like to see more people with closer competitive scores.
My personal opinion is as we move forward to future tournaments we never set SLOW or FAST greens. I would suggest something like this:
2 Round Tournament
Round 1: Medium
Round 2: Medium-Fast
4 Round Tournament
Round 1: Medium-Slow
Round 2: Medium
Round 3: Medium
Round 4: Medium-Fast
I think this will keep everyone a little closer and eliminate a lot of the ridiculous 4 or 5 putts some of us have.
What does everyone think about this idea?

I agree Mike. Think the difficulty would be more accurately increased through wind, distance, rough, etc. Although the rough seems to be inconsistent on how it affects your ball sometimes.Originally posted by Mike80 View PostYeah, I also had multiple shots that read 15 degree closed when I know they are not.

Yes I agree the greens were tough. I also putted 4 or 5 times on some greens. I was putting for eagle on 16 and I believe I took a 9.
Any ideas on why the 15 degree closed club face when it's really not. Only have that problem on the course. Been on driving range for a half hour and the closet I can get is a 3 degrees closed out of 10 shots. But on the course out of 9 holes it would have 15 degrees closed on every drive.
