Ok. Got my OBS up and running. Even with the video watered down, there was still a substantial dip in frame rate in Optishot while previewing my stream. I'll tinker with a few more settings and see if I can't improve that. I kept getting he CPU overuse warning in OBS. My measly 4gb of RAM and video card just aren't cutting it. Don't have a problem with Google Hangout. But my computer needs upgrading I think. I'll try and stream my round tomorrow night and test it out. Thanks for the assistance guys.

Glad you got it working. While we love watching each other play, don't compromise your game. If it is causing issues, just ficus on Optiahot!

Here is the response I received on their facebook page - still nothing in my email:

Optishot Golf On the green light, the swing pad should still be functioning. It currently behaves differently than it did prior. It used to keep the light green until a swing, then go red. Have you tried swinging even with no green light back on? On the driving range - We have reproduced that and will have it addressed shortly. In the mean time you can practice on any of the courses just like they are your own private driving range. It is my fav way to practice.

I have not had time to try to calibrate clubs since I had range issues yesterday. Is anyone else here experiencing the same error? Has anyone tried to calibrate woods on a course as they are suggesting?

What was the actual error you got? I calibrated my woodas last night (on the range) without any issues. However, I did notice if I had too many calibration "swings" that were not read, then I got the message saying the data wasn't reliable and my shots may be inconsistent. I re-did the calibration swing slower and didn't get the mesage.

When I went to the range to calibrate the game crashed on me. The software has an automatic error reporting feature that I attempted to use but it was unable to connect to the server and I accidently closed the error log before copying it over.

I will try it again later today.

Buckeye...I saw that response on the Facebook page. I did not read that as being a response to your calibration question. It looked to me like that was a response to the guy asking about the Mac issue and the powered USB hub. Maybe I'm wrong though.

By the way, you can re-calibrate at any time.....Bottom right of the screen where you go to manage club settings and ball settings. There is a "re-calibrate" option.

The first time I tried to calibrate, Optishot "crashed" on me as well. Hasn't happened since.

So I tried the twitch obs thing and like Vincent my game was greatly slowed down and choppy! Until I replace my 8 year old computer, I will continue to try and tape most of my rounds on youtube.

Hey guys, has anyone had a chance and tested out the calibration feature yet ? I tried with my taped and untaped sandwedge and played with my lighting but it always said my club was comprimised ???😲

And did you notice a differencs in your shots ? Taped or untaped Cat ?

I kept mine Taped seemed to work better, had good results
