    putting question

Just got my Optishot! In the process of setting it up in my garage with a projector and already have a question.
I haven't had a chance to play with it yet but I was thinking about putting.
How do you 'calibrate' putting distance from mat to screen? (do you know what I mean)

Apologies if this has been asked....I swear I did do a search first. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Let's just say you will learn to putt with the appropriate tempo to distance ratio as needed for the courses. Beyond that, it kinda doesn't matter. In most cases, the best you can hope for is not striking the ball twice when it pops up after hitting the front sensor.

Putting will not be a strong game improvement area with the Optishot. I do feel it helped my iron play and allowed me to work on my swing path (in/out vs out/in) and ball first contact so overall I've been happy with my decision to start with it.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend getting the JAGMANJOE XL from Arsene Golf as a turf replacement. I found it much easier on my wrists/elbows.

    Good Luck!
