  • Nice shooting live2golf!

    • I use the foam setting and use the almost golf balls. Actually, I go back and forth between the almost golf balls and foam balls. I don't notice any difference between the two with the foam setting.

I keep hearing about this setting with amost golf ball. I looked around on optishot and all I can find is real ball, foam ball and no ball.

I think he means that he uses the foam ball settings with both foam balls and real golf balls.

              • I use the foam ball setting whether I'm using foam balls or almost gol balls.

I actually play on satellite internet and even trying to use a screen recorder slows down the game to an unplayable level so a live stream is out of the question (playing in vmware fusion windows emulation on my mac). I thought people could join the match and just watch other players but i guess I'm wrong? Idk, haven't tried it yet but I thought I saw someones screen recording showing another players round while in-game. I did record a short video on my phone of me playing in round 1. I'll upload that when I get to work and have high speed internet to work with.

Thanks! I finally taped all my clubs, irons and wedges included, with a white reflective duct tape that works so much better than the reflective 3m tape I used before on my woods. After calibrating them all with the new tape its like playing a whole new game! Now if I can just get this putting figured out I'll post some great scores.

I happy for you man, I know that feeling that's why I made those video's lol... That's another reason why I am easing in to the Handicap System, because their are external things impacting it.. Like Taping..

                        Good Stuff,

You can enjoy the Game Now..

My screen should be set up with in the next three weeks.
This would fall under Foam, no resistance to them and that's what the Simulator makes compensations for in swing speed.. Then you can make the necessary adjustments to your Irons, as necessary to meet your distances out on the course.
