I personally would not take that risk. A recently released device might be the cause of the big price drops. P3pro will feel the pinch soon I'll bet. It's going to be a tough Xmas for some sim companies. And there's always a possibility of some cool device getting announced around the PGA show that could also drive prices down even further.

Or I could just be off my rockers and you will make some good change on your investment...

They had a preorder for $1500 that last month. Current deal is $300 off. It's all about market share. The simulator market is only so big. $1500-1700 is just 1 step up from Optishot and P3pro. Skytrak is also taking market share from the bigger guys like ProTee and Foresight. Foresight should be worried.

On top of that, there's always a possibility something better and cheaper will come along. You never know.

I read it as that's why he mentioned Skytrak. The "something else might come out that's cheaper/better" was just a true statement but not necessarily a reference to a specific product.

Or he means TGC.
