Does anyone know what the different color dots are to the right of the games list?

If you are talking about the 4 dots, they represent the players in that particular match.
Black - Player has completed the match
Yellow - Player has started the match, but is not currently in the game
Green - Player is currently in the game
White - Open spot for a new player
