I get the user/pass is incorrect often, i just retry usually after 2-3 attempts im in. I guess its more persistent for you?

It takes almost a minute, and the application is "locked" while trying. It feels like a default error message for a timed out request. I think the server has crashed or something like that.

I just tried 5 times in a row without getting in 😦 too bad as my golf freedom is very limited. Hopefully its fixed in an hour if not tomorrow afternoon ? If we are offline for a long period maybe we can just play offline and record the video and create the same settings to finish this tourny ? What do you guys think ?

Hehe, hopefully this is not the start of Online Pay... Which crossed my mind..... Lets give them the benefit of the doubt, they have been pretty good so far, a lot better then other Sims Online Play that I have experienced... I wont mention any Names....

I'd like to chime in on this putting..........I've expressed my concerns with Catman on a few occasions. I have been fortunate to play alot of premium golf courses around the country and consider myself a good putter. But some of these putt are a joke. I too have no clue how to putt over the sensors on a 5 foot breaking putt.

Ever since I've owned opti I've played gimme's from 8 feet in, it was just to frustrating. I understand in tourney's we can't do that, and that's fine, but let's not make a game at who's best at using the sensors.

I don't want to brag, but I'll be playing torrey pines on Feb 9 and 10 (north then south) right after the tourney. I have played a few courses with greens that are hard and fast, problem with opti, is even on fast greens, chips still check up and don't roll out, so you hit a shot thinking it'll release and it doesn't. That doesn't replicate real life conditions.

Just my 2 cents..............By the way, if anyone wants to join us in San Diego, there's a spot open, just need to call Torrey, pay the $43 and let me know. Cheers.

I really haven't giving my 2 cents on the greens but here Goes, I played on many Courses here in New England that have Fast greens and you can definitely tell a difference from your Membership Course which for me is 3 different Courses that have normal to slow greens.. Every time I play a course that has what I call Slate Greens or Fast or Very Fast, I always end up shaking my head in amazement on the speed. And if a Tournament I take a lot of Time prior to round trying to figure out how hard to putt when I have any amount of slope and trying to figure out how much break.. What I find with Optishot and in Real Life all I think about is lagging the Putt close to the hole.. Not trying to ram it in.. Par is good on Fast Greens... I agree with to strong of Wind it is a big issue.. Any green with slope it is tough to stop the ball by the hole on fast greens unless you lag the Putt..., in real life you can see the slope, on optishot all you have is grids and Balls rolling with an amount down hill, it tough really to appreciate the slope..

Has anyone tested the Putting speed to see if you can actually get 1 MPH with a slow Stroke????

I think optishot plays more like Very Fast rather than Fast...

Maybe we can test adjusting speed of putter, by turning it down as little as possible to achieve a 1MPH swing.. then we can make a new Range for Putting for instance 100-90, just an example....
