Help with product key code for optishot 2.5

The first optishot I purchased was returned due to a defect. After installing software for the second unit, the product key code for the first unit is still displayed. Am unable to change the product key number. Does anyone have a recommendation.

Whats the problem? I had to return mine and got a whole new system but just used what was already installed.

I assume the product key code needs to match the new software. Is this not the case?

Do you have Optishot 2? Are you registered?

If you want to change the code, uninstall Optishot and reinstall with the new key code

I did uninstall the first software and reinstalled the second set; however, the product key code for the first set of software appears on the reinstalled (second) software set.
