New Stat Feature for Season 2015 Today, 10:07 AM
Gentlemen,

Lets get into the habit of using the New Stat options that Hoganwoods Designed for us...

PPR - This is the Total # of Putts that are actually on the Green.. Do not count Putts from Rough /FW/Fringe

3PR - Count only Putts on the Green that takes 3 to get into Hole.. Do not count putts from Rough/FW/Fringe

SRB - Scrambling % Holes where you got up and down to save Par/birdie from anywhere other than Green. If you do not make Par Birdie then enter No, if you do Enter Yes

GIR - Greens in Regulations Any Holes where you Reached the Green in Regulations.., this does not include Fringe. If you Land on Green in Regulation select Yes, if not select No

SS - Sand Saves - Shot's from greenside Bunkers where you save Birdie/Par. If you make a shot out of Greenside Bunker and do not Save Par then enter No, if you do save Par then enter Yes..

Looks a very difficult setup. Should be a very interesting tournament

Back tees, moderate wind in your face, having to play out of demanding rough onto medium fast greens where the wind gives sone interesting break.

Combined with new handicaps, think we'll have a different looking leaderboard than were used to

Wow. I like the conditions. Gonna be a tough round. Moderate "Easy Rough" and Demanding "Rough". That's gonna make this a lot more challenging. I like seeing the bunkers on moderate and like the green speed choices.

This is gonna be a fun tournament! So play smart everyone. Hitting the fairway is now important!!!!! Just like it should be in real life!

Invites Are going Out tomorrow Morning for Round 1, Only Players that have entered the Tournament will receive Invites.. Players that come in once Tournament starts will have to wait until following Morning.... So please Enter tournament if you plan on playing so you can get invite on Time..

Catman, do we want to remind everyone that this starts the new season and everyone must follow the new guidelines/rules we now have. All players are required to have their club settings configured according to the guidelines.

Question about stat: SRB

It would mess up your percentage if you put "No" when you are on the green in regulation and make par. It should only count times when you are actually scrambling "not on green in regulation"

You also wouldn't want to mark it "Yes" if you make Par when you were on the green in regulation, or mark "Yes" if you are on the green in regulation on a par 5 (on in three) and make birdie. These wouldn't be scrambling. So saying Yes would mess up your stats.

So the answer I'm assuming is, do you leave this stat blank for that hole if you were on the green in regulation "and not scrambling" for either a par or birdie.

See the confusion about this one.

Also would be awesome if they could post these stat definitions on the score card page so you can easily refer to them when entering scores.

Unfortunately I can't play the first event of the season...
But I like the settings, should be nearer to real life. Playable greens and no wood 3 out of deep rough... ;-)

John when you are Posting your scores you will see on scorecard More Stats, click on it and it will drop down where you can enter these stats..
