  • Not enough room

I have just purchased an optishot 2 but my garage ceiling is too low to swing a club so I have had to modify a few things, I raise the unit off the floor by about 2feet and cut down an old club so I'm swinging just above the sensor, not ideal but works ok.
During this lockdown needs must, but was thinking if I wanted to play tornys would I be allowed

Probably won't be allowed to play in tournaments (just my guess). How high is your ceiling?

The ceiling is 7 and and half foot the only way I can swing is to use a cut down club, wouldn't bother but really want to play some sort of golf during lockdown

If you are referring to the tournaments ran by Optishot, here are their rules regarding club settings:
    1. 3 Flights
    2. 2 Rounds
    3. No Mulligans
    4. B Flight: Front Tees, Speed & Distance limited to 110%, 5-foot Gimmes
    5. A Flight: Middle Tees, Speed & Distance limited to 105%, 3-foot Gimmes
    6. Championship Flight: Back Tees, Speed & Distance limited to 100%, Putt Out

I won't bother paying for any monthly plans on optishot as looking at those figures I just couldn't compete, in real life I got driver on the fly about 200 so I have to bump up my power to 139% to get my real life distances, so looking at the tournament figures allowed I would b e hitting driver about 130, not realistic and would be a waste of money
