Be careful when you stop then restart stream

last night I was playing round 2 of WS tourney wasn't playing well through 8 but felt I could bring it around on the back try to stay around par. Supper was ready so I stopped streaming to eat. I didn't want to stream the flag for 20 mins. when I started to stream again it somehow made me a lefty and I didn't notice for five holes! I just kept trying different things to fix misreads.turning off hall light, turning up overhead light b4 I caught on. so I proceeded to shoot 13 over the next 5 holes!! got frustrated and logged out after 13 holes. will finish today but now Im out of it. so just a word of warning be careful if you stop and start streaming.

Restarting streaming through OSB made you a lefty in Optishot? I don't know how that could be possible.

Hey guys, there is a bug in the optishot software that
mysteriously changes you from right to left and sometimes takes of the tracers. It has happened to me and others without using obs or twitch. They are aware of it and we are waiting for the next update to see if that and many other things are fixed including the"white out" and choice of pin locations.

I m using Xsplit im not sure either but if you watch the first 8 holes on twitch when it shows the face angle/contact it is with the club on the right side of the ball then when I started to restream it would show it on the left side of the ball I just didn't notice never playing lefty b4.the effect was an outside in path on most swings impossible to get an inside out path and putting was impossible to come close to square until I figured it out and putted 13th hole left handed b4 that it was super closed. there are the two diff. videos on twitch you can see what im saying. I did show my club settings again when I restarted stream to keep it legit.

Ok Maxx thanks I guess it was just weird timing that it happened when I restarted stream. I will just have to keep an eye on that and restart game b4 letting 5 holes go on score card.Lol

Try ctrl-H that should switch you back, this is according to the keystrokes in optishot

Just another thing to not, it doesnt actually always need to be ctrl+h, sometimes simply pressing H on its own will do it.. Its the same with all the other keystrokes.. as you can imagine this is nightmare if using the chat... so be careful

that is what must of happened cus Catman came into game and I typed hi cat right before teeing off again def. have to watch out for that

yeah when we did ryder cup i managed to play left handed, lose all the tracers, hide the putting grid and start editing a clubset lol

Yes, this should be something they fix in their next update so you actually have to press ctrl +a key. I always forget to move the mouse over to the chat and get lots of strange settings. But I learned that I just type the same letters one more time to restore it
