Pc doesn't recognize Swingpad anymore

Suddenly, the pc doen't want recognize swingpad anymore.


When i connect the usb - the pc says that the device doent work as expected.
In the tray icon it says that the pc doent recognize the hardware and the device is not installed.
I've tried in 2 different pc (1 with windows vista - 1 with win 7) and give me the same problem
Any suggestion?

p.s. my optishot isn't lucky at all.
But after it survived to the problem with the water... i thought it was indestructible :O

I think this time it may well be dead... as 2 different pcs then mosut be either the pad or if youre very very lucky the USB lead. try a different lead, and if still no good im afraid you may need to contact optishot with view to repair/replacement
