Anyone Out There Using BallFlight or Vision launch monitors

I don't see any forum chatter regarding the Opti Shot Ball Flight or Vision launch monitors.

I also see very little coverage elsewhere.

Is anyone out there using either of these launch monitors and if so, what has been your experience?

I've heard rumors these two products have some serious technical & support issues, but these are strictly rumors
