Hi all. I own two optishots and had many issues with broken sensors in the past. Missing one or two sensors doesnt seem to make too much of a difference in accuracy. However, my local electronics guy can repair them easily. One thing I did notice, is when I put a a 1/2 " piece of dense foam under the swing pad, it made a huge difference on preserving the sensors. I haven't had a sensor go out since as the impact seems to be softened and less traumatic. I find using thicker foam above the swing pad causes a lot more unregistered shots. My 2 cents, Good luck and Happy holidays!
