Having to use a -1.0 offset to achieve realistic results for my TM R1 driver

I was wondeting if anyone who is using this driver with good results. I have set my swing speed to 100% and distance to 88%. I am using a Premiere Slick Things turf, and no overhead lighting. My R1 is set to 10.5* with a 3* closed face.

All my other clubs are working well but was wondering what is the correct offset to enter for the driver as I couldn't find this online.

Drivers typically have 0 offset. Have you taped your driver or just using it 'as is'? Many drivers do not read correctly without taping

I suggest using white duct tape, it worked very good for me. Cut it to about half the width and about 2" long or so, then make sure it's parallel to the face.

I haven't tried taping yet but will give it a go.

They need to be taped in ord r to have any chance of being close. First tape bottom with a flat black tape covering everything. Then use a strip of white duct tape.

Yep, use hockey tape (black), you can get tons of it at sports authority and then use white duct tape like the CATMAN shows. It cleans it up to about 90% accuracy. I have also used 3m pack tape the kind with the fiberglass strips in it and it works great also. I am close to 0 offset setting on my driver. I have noticed though that when you get that perfect swing up over 115 is usually when I get the optishot output of 78 mh swing speed and a great drive of 180 yards. It can be very frustrating when within a stroke in a match.... good luck and keep it fun
