Trouble print screen scorecard

Trying to do a screen print of my Optishot scorecard and only getting a black screen upon print/paste function. Am I missing something?

I get the same if I am running Optishot in full screen mode. If you switch to "Window" mode, you can then use the Print Screen to capture the scorecard.

Still no go, I get the screen shot, but it is just displaying a black image
