how can i get my handicap adjusted to be more accurate? currently my handicap is +3.1, but my actual USGA handicap is 14.7. i have played in numerous online tournaments, both in the championship and open flights posting scores around what my actual handicap is, but there has been no adjustment to the +3.1. I am honesly a decent average golfer that can shoot low 80's on a great day or shoot triple digits on a bad day. how can i fix this?
