My God, how do I shut up the birds?

Really enjoying the new Optishot, but the birds and crickets have got to go. Anyone able to tell me how to shut them off?

I believe there is a box in settings and options where you can turn off sounds. You need to uncheck that box.

I found the setting for the birds, thanks. The first couple days I was hearing the birds in my sleep!
