Sensor light not red?

On the front strip of sensor lights, they're all red (well every other one) except for one. There is no red light. If I take a picture with my phone, it does show up looking like all the others, but to the normal eye nothing can be seen. It's the third one from the right (that you'd expect to be red).

Is this normal? I'm still in warranty so was considering sending back.

Turns out it was defective. They're going to replace it.
