Watching TV on same screen

Potentially stupid one...

I have seen a few guys playing on the sims on youtube with a minimised window in the top corner streaming tv (usually a football game or golf).

Does anyone now how to get a second window to sit on top of the TGC full screen mode (but still allow me to continue playing)?

Some projectors allow you to use picture -in-picture mode, so you can use one HDMI input for TGC2019 and one for your cable/satellite/etc.. Some allow for overlay of one 'screen' over the other (as you suggested) and others will just do a 50/50 split screen.

I use ontopreplica which allows you to overlay a window on top of another. I will watch online content while playing.
