How is TGC handicap calculated??

I just finished my 5th round and shot a 90, 92, 110 (don’t judge, shanking everything) 86, 92 but my handicap index is 36.4?? Seems way to high when 4 of 5 rounds averaged 90.. is that a 2 day handicap? So for 18 holes it’s actually 18.2?

in TGC1 who knows it's way off, on the tours it calc every Tuesday I think it wont change in the game but it will on the tour profile

I experience the same thing. A few low rounds in the 90's, everything else in the 80s. Says im a 34 or something stupid. Doesn't make sense other than what you said, maybe it's a two day?

I learned it does update on tuesdays, even though it does some kind of calc.. mine dropped from 34 to 10 after the Tuesday update
