    LAG when playing

I have at times had 'severe' lag when playing the sim. I get the network icon in the lower right corner flashing. Sometimes the shot takes as long as 5 'minutes' to register . I know it is not my internet provider because while the network lag icon is flashing I can open a browser and go to various other sites with no issue. Meanwhile the network lag Icon continues to flash. I looked through the forums and saw that others had this issue, and was their ISP. But this time it is not the case.

    Anyone else have this issue?

With all due respect, you can't know it's internet unless you go offline. In the main TGC screen select offline then play. Works good, it's Internet, not, not. If not, post what technology you are using.

In my case it was my ISP because my ISP would filter/throttle to the VIP of the server pool of TGC. Protee worked with me a lot to figure this out. End result. tunnel software. sen a report to Protee support. They will give you an exe to run that pings their VIP, if you get timeouts tunnel software will work for you. Since them my ISP has removed the throttle

forgot to add, even when TGC had issues, I was able to browse to other places. I was surprised it was my ISP.

I had exact same problem. Rebooted everything including routers and home plugs. Found a machine running torrent software in the main house. Turned that off and boom, problem went away. My internet was working fine the whole time, but it was still network related.
