Went to range Sunday and they were having a club sale with club fittings offered with Trackman at the range. Figured I would take advantage and do some comparisons.
I have to say overall, I am really happy with the results vs. my ProTee.
Added up my recent 10 swings on the ProTee with Driver (242 Carry, 261 Rolled Out) and the Trackman with 5 swings (244, 257 rolled out)....range needed mowing in my opinion...lol.
Then I compared my 7 iron with ProTee at (155 Carry, 163 rolled out) to Trackman (153, 159 rolled out)
I think my overall ball flight was comparable but I think ProTee (or TGC) may over emphasize by draw.....but only slightly. There was no wind, so don't believe that was a factor.
Really happy with results and I will add that one aspect of my game that the sim has really helped are they 30 to 70 yd shots. I think that I now know and can better see (feel) what a 40 yd shot is compared to say a 60 yd shot........
