Protee Setup in 15x15 floor space (17dx15wx10h)

I posted this in the general area, but I am now posting here to see if I can get some feedback.

I have 15x15 floor space with a step out that is 2.5' tall. I am thinking the screen will be on the opposite wall of the step out.

Door/stairs is the rectangle in the attached image.

In order to swing, I think that the ball will lneed to be teed 8-9 ft from screen.

Can I be successful using a Protee setup? Anyone already able to do this? Looks like they really want 10'.

Technically this will work. Some things to consider when you're standing close to the screen.

1. With a "normal" projector mounted behind you, your shadow will be projected onto the screen. Offsetting the projector and using keystone or a short throw projector might solve this.
2. Your screen will wear out quicker.
3. The Vertical Launch Angle Camera will have 1' to 2' less view to work with.
4. Same for the Ceiling Camera (if you have this).
5. The 2nd overhead light will project light onto the screen which will decrease the image quality slightly. You need to make some sort of a light blocker using a piece of cart board attached to the light.

I had thought that I would run into issues on how much the camera's might lose due to the decreased distance.

Will I lose accuracy proportional to the decreased distance? Or maybe also depending on ball speed? Or do you think I can acheive expected accuracy with tweaks?

I have 9’ tee to screen and it works just fine. No problems at all. Second light does shine a bit on the screen, but I never even thought about it until just now. I would think that’s a non issue. Good luck.
