Short chip shots not registering

Hi golfers,

my protee hcam and vcam don't register short chip shots 20 yards and less. Oddly enough in the protee interface, when I do recalculate without changing any settings it does recognize the shot in both cams. Any thoughtd on what the issue can be?

You may need some camera tweaking but the cams will only deal with launch angle and direction. If the sensor mat is blocked for some reason it could stop a shot being triggered
if you cast shadow over the mat it can stop theat from triggering the cams.
Interface version 3.15z13 has some new file settings which help with improved ball detection and also for chipping and pitching.
