LM Carry distance on GSPro with Protee VX

There is an option in GSPro settings to use LM carry distances.

I was almost certain this once worked, however, I find with the option ticked, GSPro does not register any shots. With the option off, GSPro works fine.

Also uncertain if this is a GSPro issue or Protee VX issue? (or both!)

Any help would be appreciated.

We are not using that. We sent the ball flight data and GSPro is using its own physics. We do not send carry data.

Not sure why you would want that besides when you are on the range. Would not play true to life since the lm carry is based off a set altitude and flat terrain.

I am getting large differences in the longer clubs, (as reported in many others, over many years). I was wondering if this may have solved the issue. The disparity is 50 to 60 yards on driver and knowing my real course play driving distances, the VX is at least close if not spot on, whereas GSPro (on flat fairways) is way way short.

It is pretty disappointing when you know you hit a really good drive (for me 280-290 yards) and GSPro says 220-230 yards.

I just don't seem to see any solutions to date. If you know of one, please do advise.

Strange! Sounds like a terrain penalty in GSpro or a negative boost in GSpro. Maybe you should ask the GSPro team why this would happen?

This has to be your GSPro setup. It’s not the VX. I get very similar numbers compared to mine as does my high ball speed kid. The VX and GSPro ball flight is similar. Foresight is longer. If you are seeing GSPro 60 yards short of VX something is set wrong in GSPro.
