That's for the standard package I believe, which does not include the screen or putting sensor. PM Dennis Protee and ask for the base 2 upgrade price. You must have not seen the $5000 special base 2 deal in the welcome section? There's a sale pending though.

I saw the $5k deal but figured I'd explore the upgrade offer at depth. I'll PM Dennis for details; thanks for the recommendation. Might be a little premature for me to pull the trigger but Rambo may be hearing from me soon depending on how the tax filing goes lol. If all else fails I'll just pay my member dues and play with the common folk...outside.

Well gents, I just sent payment to ProTee via Dennis today to get the ProTee system courtesy of the upgrade offer. Have about 2 weeks to wait for it to arrive. Looking forward to playing online with you guys and lowering my 2nd year golfer handicap (+25~ish)!

John, if you're reading this, I upgraded from the Optishot and Dennis worked with me to get a great deal that fit what I already own and kept me from overpaying for stuff I can build on my own or get what I want elsewhere (e.g. Halogen Lights, Impact Screen, Cage, Nets, Stance Mat).

Now it's time to starting building my cage and lighting system--will post photos/cost/plans when complete.

Cool. The more the merrier. Get everything built and ready to go. Once the Protee arrives, we can get you up and running in day or two. Get the PC ready and team speak installed. Get a USB mic with an on/off switch.

ProTee indoor golf facility shutting down. Might be good deals for used Protee systems.

Looks like there is a Protee system up for sale now in the classified section of Ottawa Golf Forum.

I see two ProTee systems. One of them is from mmlincon, which he also posted in the classified section in this forum. I think mmlincon's system is a very good deal since it comes with the putting sensor and my recommended lenses.

Here's a used one that comes with screen, computer, and projector. Looks like it came out of Idapro's indoor golf center.

Do you have suggestions on a specific mic? They can be tricky if u go too cheap.

I use a Logitech USB desktop mic with on/off switch. $20 at bed buy. Can find them at Walmart or just about anywhere.
