    Protee Start-up

I've had my computer shutdown for a while and when I started The Golf Club back-up on my Protee System I get a Protee SDK not connected or started? I have a working internet connection, not sure where to start? I have the Protee Interface "trayed" and I can access and play the Protee Portal. The TGCS has main menu has "server started" checked but "settings" has a red x but I think this is normal? Again when I select Start Game I get the Protee SDK not connected message.

    Thanks,

    Mike

I am not sure about your question but I think you are trying to do conflicting things. It sounds like you are wanting to play TGC. Also you say that Protee portal is working.

You only need the Protee Portal to play Protee and NOT TGC.

To play TGC you need to just open the protee interface (not the portal) and switch the slider in the upper right of the picture attached to "Use The Golf Club". When it is green, hit the SAVE in the lower left. Close that popup. Exit the interface and restart it. Now you can play TGC.

To go back to playing Protee you have to undo all of that, saving along the way, and use the Protee Portal.

I hope this makes sense. If I am wrong someone else will correct me.

Sorry if it was confusing. I have the TGC switch on. When I open up The Golf Club I get an error that says Protee SDK not started? I was simply trying to point out that I am able to play the Portal and not TGC. Any help is appreciated.

Send your original TGC license key to the ProTee helpdesk. They will help you solve this.

Can you make a snip of the error? Are you talking about TGC portal or the Protee Portal. The protee portal is not needed for TGC.

Thanks for the responses but I have the TGC switch ON in the interface. When I open the TGC and press START, I eventually get 'Protee SDK not connected or started" message? I've never seen this. I guess I'll get up at 5 AM and go thru the customer support and see what I can find out.
