Putting sensor question

I can't seem to get the putting sensor to work. The main sensor is working fine. Is there something in the setup that I need to enable ?

is this new and is the green light on in the putting sensor

Yes this is a brand new setup, and I'm new at this. The green light is on.

Did you remove the 2 little screws on the base sensor connector, attached the putting mat and screw it into place?

The putting mat will only work when the putter is selected in the software.

When putting place the ball 8" in front of the putting sensors.

Make sure the overhead light is directly on top.

How/where do you select or enable the putting sensor in the software ?

its on the settings page in the interface it should be the " use balltrack for putting" that needs to be on. its been awhile so bare with me
