Scramble Night

I know its not here yet, but just wondering if there would be any interest in everyone (whoever can) getting together to set up one night a week to have matches.

Here is what I was thinking.

we all decide on the night of the week.... most votes wins... whoever can show up on that night get on teamspeak at whatever time we choose(again we vote). Then I or someone else will send out a PM to a random someone a list of all players for that night. Some one else draws numbers and 1 and 2 are partners 3 and 4 and so on. we divide up into groups of 4 and play. Or (if it is possible) if you have a buddy that wants to play on your system then you are paired with him or her. and paired against another already paired group. Might be a good way for some of you that have a wife or kid that plays to get them involved.

Any thoughts? Ideas? Ramblings?

Please post the night and time to start. So we can get this thing organized and rolling as soon as we can. Winter is creeping away on us already. So the sooner we get everything settled the sooner we can have the inaugural event. That is if there is more than 4 that want to play.

I don't have a set work schedule. But I'll be able to look ahead in the schedule and say what nights I can play 2, 3, or 4 weeks from now. So, it needs to be flexible from week to week.

Looks like there is not that much interest. I guess we don't have as many scramblers as I thought. Oh well I guess us 5 can duke it out one night a week. I can find someone to play on my system if that turns out to be an option so at least we have an even number.

The hard part for me would be the time zones. To play in an evening I would need to be playing after 6:30 pm Mountain Time. Some weekends would work during the day where it may be easier to get more guys on at the same time.

I could do 8:30pm EST time if it helps you. (that's the same right?) We could probably find a group to tee off at that time.

However as it is now I am having a hard time to get the weekly rounds in so I hate to commit.
