mthunt would you mind posting an accurate “rewind” graphic for the week? That first one painted a bad picture of this tour. I’d like to see you post an accurate “rewind” graphic at this point. Seems only right to me.

I manually went through only 20 players. There were 6 players that had rewinds. I PM'd all 6 asking for an explanation. 1 player had 14 but I'd say he's new as he only has 1 round recorded. Of the 6, 2 had 1 rewind, 2 had 2, 1 had 3 and 1 had 14 in one round.

All were rewinds, not stroke and distance.

I don't think having the option of rewinds is the issue, it's the way people are using them. They shouldn't be for a ball you hooked or sliced into the trees or a chip that stopped just short of a gimme birdie.
If your machine truly spits out something wacky then fine, take a rewind. Don't take one if you think you hit the ball center and it went 5 degrees left and put you in a bad spot. These machines are better than 90% of anyone on here in predicting where the ball is gonna end up. The other 10% of guys may know exactly where their ball is going.because they're that good. Im.not one of those so when I think I hit a ball that should have turned left but went 3 degrees right with 400 R sidespin and puts me in a bad spot off the green, I don't just hit the rewind button for the heck of it.

Someone hitting a chip that went 200 yards or someone hitting a put that read 12 degrees right is what rewinds are for. Nothing else. Capping it at 2 means everyone is going to use 2. That's a big advantage to someone on 18 at 5 under who just hit it in the water.

That is true , as it would really be 2 mulligans, not rewinds, if you don't have any misreads. Good point
