TGC Dashboard - where to find

I need to ensure shot recordings is turned on as I do Q school to get a handicap.. where is the TGC dashboard located? How do I get to it? Thanks

Wizard of Coz thank you! That’s what I originally did.. but saw the instructions attached and wasn’t sure if I was doing it right.. I was hoping it wasn’t on as I just shot 37 over in rd3 of Q school but every shank is recorded
