Has 2019 been released as an upgrade for previous owners?

Still impossible information to get. People are asking questions about the game as if they have it already. But did they buy it? Did they upgrade? Or is it still Beta?? Everyone filled the form out yet everyone still has the same complaint that no info was ever given.

Some have already received it, mainly tour members and longstanding forum members. If you bought TGC on or after Jan 1, 2018 from Skytrak, you will have to wait until Skytrak sends out emails with upgrade information. We don't know when Skytrak will be ready to send out that information. Hope this helps.

That is my understanding as well, if purchased through Skytrak after Jan 1, 2018 Skytrak will be sending out upgrade information eventually. According to Protee that upgrade should still be free for those people.
