Help with TGC handicap.

Played several tournaments and still locks me in at +36. Details for player profile has handicap at -1.5. How do you contact someone to resolve this?

Search shot recording. I'm guessing you don't have it turned on. It will walk you through how to set it up so that you can establish a HDCP.

Yes I am Gene Camacho. In my Skytrak TGC Settings. Shot Recording=ON....It is on. I found the YouTube of WOC for turning on shot recording. One thing I just did is copied my user id# to profile setting in the forum. Not sure what else I can do? I am using the original TGC - not TGC 2019...not sure if that would matter. If you look under my tour player name...then TGC TOUR HANDICAP....then open TGC TOUR HANDICAP at the -1.5....hit the search icon. Then all my rounds and detailed calculations of handicap display. My shots would have to have been recorded to get this information.

Check that you have the most recent version : open the TGC Simulator console.
In the top of the window it will state v4.0.x , if it's not 4.0.7 please update via : download.protee-united.com/tgc/tgcsetup.exe

Max, Downloaded update. Tried entering my license key....stated invalid. Tried to play with Skytrak...box connected...license key valid...started TGC 2019...stopped at connect sdk or exit. I have only the original TGC. Now can’t play period.

If you only have TGC, you probably shouldn’t have downloaded a update for TGC2019. If it did bugger your TGC you may have to reinstall TGC or possibly do an uninstall of the tgc2019 update you installed.

Thanks everyone for trying to help. For everyone on tour not having your shots recorded. Make sure you have your “TGC user Id” recorded into your tour profile settings. Along with your “TGC nickname” exactly as it is recorded on your computer TGC settings. I am using SkyTrak. Now my shots are showing up under the details of my tour player.
Careful downloading any updates. Your machine id# may change. Then you will need to get a new license key from ProTee! I use my laptop mainly for golf. I replaced my hard drive a few months ago..so it was not much to renew my computer to new...(because I downloaded the update). I reinstalled the original TGC from my purchase email. Back to the way it was.
Got to love buying something for hundreds of dollars and no real instructions...except what you can piece together from the forum. Next year I’ll worry about updates after I purchase TGC 2019.
