Do I need to play handicap rounds before playing in the tournaments? If so, how do I go about establishing my handicap for tournaments?

I did a school rounds as well as the wizard of coz events. Seemed all those counted toward the HC. If you just do normal offline rounds those do not count.

Handicaps start after you play five. They only update once a week.
