Society tournament rounds not showing up on golfsimulatortours.com

I played in and completed the tournaments closing this weekend on both Protee United and Wizardofcoz societies and my rounds arent showing up on the tours website. Has my account happened to become un-linked or something?

I checked, and my shots were recorded, so I'm confused why my scores didnt post

A couple of people told me to open a ticket with protee to see if they could fix it on the back end. (apparently sometimes they have to do something to get your username to show up the first time if this is the first time you're playing?) I've only done a couple of rounds myself so I'm not the expert, but I did just read through the threads on the same topic and saw this advice given to others.

I had the same problem for the first time with Wizard's Kermode Club round yesterday.
All shots recorded, no recognition that I played in results.
I was pretty proud of that 79 :-(

Same here. I've played in dozens upon dozens of society events over the last 9 months or so and never had an issue. But my round at the Kermode Club didn't post either. Must be a server issue. Hopefully they get it resolved but that event has now ended so I doubt they will show up now.

ProTee has been doing some work on the server. I'm sure it'll be fine going forward.

My score is now showing up for the Kermode Club tournament. So I'm guessing that everyone else who was having problems may now see their results as well.

(By the way, the Kermode Club is one hell of a golf course. Check it out if you haven't already.)

If this is your first event and you’ve followed all the instructions , they only show up after the whole event is over.

Finished my two horrible rounds, but still can't see my name pop up in the leaderboard or the shot history under my profile. Any ideas?

Give it 24 hours. If it still doesn’t report then it’s probably a settings problem and someone here I’m sure can help you troubleshot if you post your configuration.

Good Morning Fellas, sorry to continue beating a dead horse here, but my rounds still don't show up in the society site. What makes it a little more odd is that I played in the Wizard of Coz/Noonan society and that round did populate, but the two rounds from Torrey Pines didn't pop up. Also, there is no shot history on my profile. I do have shot tracking on in my settings.

Hey there, would it be possible for you all to check on my account and see if there isn't something wrong with it? I finished my two rounds from Torrey Pines on the Society Season 8 tour, but still haven't seen anything pop up on the leaderboard.

Also, my shots aren't recording under the society tour. However, when I go into the Original TGC site, I am able to see my shot history.

Make sure you are running the latest version: download.protee-united.com/tgc/tgcsetup.exe
You can check the version by opening the "TGC Simulator Console" , the version will be in the title bar ( 4.2.7 is the latest)

Thanks, that was the issue. Is there a way to automatically download the updates? Or do we need to manually update our version? Also how do we find out about updates?
