Name Missing in World Rankings

Hello. I have played 3 events and do not see my name in the World Ranking list. Is there anyone who can provide input on this? Thank you!

I just started playing TGC 2019 Simulator version this year. I have played in ProTee Q School (2 events - Fossil Trace Golden Lidar and National GC of Canada) and ProTee United (1 event - The Genesis Invitational). The name that comes up for me in the standings for each of the events is my real name, Robert Burger (not sure how to change that). Thank you for explaining how this works in general - in other words, when would a player expect to find their name in the World Rankings or the ProTee United Rankings?

That's also where you'll see all your results and can see your data for every shot. To get to that page, click on your name on a tournament leaderboard page and then click "Player Profile" under your head shot. You can also click on "Tour Players" at the top and type in your name to pull up your profile page.

It's much easier just to find your ranking by going to your profile page because scrolling through the rankings to find your name can take all day.

Thanks so much 3on3. Two other questions, if you don't mind:

- Some key Recorded Shot tables are missing the following important fields - Deviation, Launch Angle, Club Head Speed, Swing Path, Club Face, Line, Total Distance, Remaining Distance to Hole (after shot), End Lie. Do you know if it is possible to obtain these? Is there a way to export the data to a spreadsheet?
- After how many tour rounds is a tour handicap generated? Right now my HCP is listed as 0.0 for both tours I have played.

I could be wrong here as I am a bit newer to this as well but it is my understanding that TGC does not provide or record those metrics. My device is capable of reading those things but I have to use a particular software to get those reading.

Yes, they are shown on the post-shot data screen. But I think for the purposes of archiving all of your shot history they only use a select amount of data (ball speed, horizontal launch angle, vertical launch angle, spin axis, side spin, backspin and carry distance). You had launch angle listed as one that is missing but it does indeed include launch angle.

My guess is that the ones that are not included in the archives are ones that are calculated by TGC. Things like smash factor are calculated or estimated so they show it on the post-shot screen but I guess decided not to archive it since it isn't actually measured the way that things like ball speed and launch angle and spin are. Just my guess.

As far as the handicap -- handicaps are updated once a week after a certain number of events are completed (not sure which day exactly). Just keep playing and you'll eventually see it change.
