New to Online - Need Guidance TGC vs TGC19

I have been a SkyTrak user for a few years and bought Fitness Golf. Looking to upgrade my software and possibly play in some online tournaments. Looks like I can buy The Golf Club for approx $500 or both for Approx $900.

Would buying the original golf club limit the events I could play in?

    Thanks in advance

There are about 6 people playing original TGC. I would not recommend buying it. Just buy TGC 2019.
