Well looks like I'm not the only one to hit trees at Augusta. Fowler and Chen both plunked the hardwood right out of the gate. I don't feel so bad now ;-).

Has anyone played any of the other Augusta courses on TGC? I want to play one from the pro length. Which one do you recommend?

Got in my first round. Man am I glad to have my computer working again. I was out for a week and it felt like a year. What better place to come back than Magnolia. Put up a great round and nearly did something magical.
My full first round
So close to making magic

It would not feel right without you playing ks, especially at a major, especially at the Masters. Welcome back my friend! Glad the computer got sorted.

Just play any of the regular versions from this same designer. Just click on "More from designer" (may not be worded exactly like that, can't remember). He has a version for Thursday pin placement, Friday pin, etc...Originally posted by goodmatt78 View PostHas anyone played any of the other Augusta courses on TGC? Yea, that is the version I usually try play just to see how I stack up, the full length is crazy, best I've shot on that so far is 6 over with all the other rounds not so close hahaOriginally posted by Vincent_Vega View Post

That els thing was painful to watch, especially from a seemingly good guy like him, but he brushed it off nicelyOriginally posted by Joko View PostMan I love to hate this course. It is really fun watching the pros play it. The greens just kill me though. Definitely very difficult for the high handicappers like me.
I felt a little better when I saw Ernie els ping pong it on 1 I believe.

Yeah Ernie els was painful to watch. I figured when they replayed it he would biff one, but was it 4 ot 5? Crazy.
It was actually 6 putts from a foot and a half away, I went back and counted, for a total of 7 putts on the hole. Damn! haha

Played back to back rounds tonight had 3 or 4 misreads from my Skytrak still managed to shoot 5 over on each round even eagled the 2nd hole on my first round. Is there a way to see the net scores to see who is leading with handicap factored in? I think Ironstrokes has it locked in though

Finished my first round yesterday. I was 8 over. I was crushing my driver but my short game failed me. Putting was tough if you are not near the hole. At least nobody will pull an Ernie with the 2 yard gimmies.

Round 2 was MUCH better. Finished +6 and could have been +2 or +3 easily. Had my first three putts on this course that I can remember. And they were VERY annoying. I was up on some shelves and the break showed to be EXTREME coming off down to the pin, but neither of the putts broke nearly as much as what was showing on the grid :-(. Then I had a couple of putts that showed very slight breaks that curved more than any of the others :-(. We'll see how Round 3 goes here in a few minutes. If nothing else this has been a BLAST, and I'm looking forward to the Spring Tour!!!

Shot really well the 2nd round. I put two in the drink on the par 3 back nine. Ended up +7 overall. Remove the two penalties and it would have been an awesome round!
This was asked before. Is there a way to look at the leaderboard with everyone's handicaps factored in when playing the tournament? Would be nice to see where everyone is at after each round.
Hope I can finish with a good final round. Glad I made the cut...haha!
