Protee VX- Any Annual Licenses Required for GSPro

Hi all,

Yearly subscriptions since to be a big topic especially for foresight owners. Does the VX require any ongoing licenses in order to work with GSPro. Or everything is included in the initial purchase.

I don’t think there is a subscription for VX other than the GSPro or TGC2019 purchase.

When you own a ProTee VX and you own a copy of GSPro with the OpenAPI interface you can contact ProTee support to enable the integration for you.

Why do I need to go through the time delay of contacting support to "update my Protee license" to be able to use my GS Pro subscription? Why doesn't it just work? That was my understanding when I purchased the Protee VX.

Why is a one time enablement to get GSPro working such a trigger for you? Contact them to enable it then you’re done. That’s how it is because that’s how it is.

Because they sent me a unit that didn't work and I had to wait to get a new one and when I finally got it and got it set up I couldn't use it until the next day. It's all working now but just kind of annoying that they kept making me wait.

Hopefully when they made the policy for you to need to get GSPro enabled they didn’t plan to send you a unit that didn’t work.
