    Protee VX and GSPro

    I have protee VX and GSPro. I was able to have protee support help me with getting my license updated to connect to Protee, but now I am getting an error message saying “failure to connect to GSPro”. Any one have any suggestions?

      Make sure you have GSPro + the OpenAPI running before you click on CONNECT in ProTee Labs.

          Ok. Admittedly, I’m not a computer savant. I have no idea what it is or how to run Open API.

              When you launch the GS Pro software, it should have a pop-up window that has you select how you are going to connect. You just select Open API. From then on when you launch GS Pro, it should automatically launch that software. then when you run the Protee labs, you go to the settings and connect to GS Pro. It should tell you that it’s connected.
