I had to email support yesterday about something and they got back to me the same day at 9pm est. Hopefully you hear back soon.

You will receive an activation code for ProTee Labs from the reseller. The activation is instant. There is no action needed from our end. If you did not receive the code from the reseller, then please contact the reseller.

If you already own TGC for another hardware platform, please contact support@protee-united.com . The support team will be able to send you a new TGC license key which will work with your VX.

I received my activation code from my reseller via emal the day before my VX was delivered. I emailed protee support last night to get GSPro activated, and I received an email this morning that it had been activated. I sent them both my serial number and activation code (I originally only sent the serial number but they asked for the activation code). Very easy.
