This is what i'm really missing moving from the GC2 to this. I checked with Swing Catalyst and they don't have integration with the VX and have no plans to do so. I don't want to setup a microphone near the hitting area in order for any video to work.

I ordered some Amazon cameras and downloaded Kinovea, but haven't set it up yet because I'm still working on drywall finishing. I looked into the Uneekor cameras but you must have their launch monitor and software. The LVPro2 system seems to be buggy. Swing Catalyst carries a subscription which is stupid. I'm still looking for the perfect way to integrate into the VX. This is such a big deal for working on your game I'm surprised it's not a more discussed topic.

The latest beta also supports "Trouble Mats". We tested similar type turf systems for bunker and high rough. Just make sure the fiber is not too white.

That’s cool. If you use a trouble mat can you override the normal carry penalty that’s applied to a shot? Let’s say I hit a 225 yard 3 wood from the rough off regular turf the system might only credit me with 175 yards. If I hit that same shot from a trouble mat am I penalized by both the mat and the software?

3rd party software packages might not have the option to disable the internal penalty system. There could be some concerns related to online tours where penalty systems are disabled, but there is no way to check if a player is actually using a trouble mat.

The ability to customize the layout of visualizers, including add/remove/resize is a very welcome update.
