Protee VX trouble updating

Anyone else have trouble with the latest update? After updating, Protee Labs goes to launch but keeps getting hung up at the license validation. Crashes out right after that even after re-entering license information.

I did a remote session with the help desk and they couldn't get anything to go through either and basically said a new update was coming soon and to try that one.

To be fair I'm updating from all the way back from 1.3 something. Haven't really used the unit since the weather got nice and I can hit outside. But I don't know why that would matter.

Did you try reverting back to the previous stable interface?

I can still load the 1.3 version that I was on so at least I have something usable. Just odd that I can't update.

It is odd. I have never seen this before. I suspect there may be a bug in the new firmware that is not allowing older firmware to update. I am sure Protee will get if sorted.

Yes, I’ve had the same issue with the last two updates. Working with Protee right now to try and help figure it out…

Logs are showing your ProTee Labs code in lower case. Can you try to update and enter your Labs Code all capitals?

Changing to all caps worked for. Had to have my license activation attempts reset after all the playing around we did, but all good with the latest update now.

Excited to see bag mapping and dispersion called out now in upcoming versions!

I'm also having the same issue. How do you update your code if the program will not open?
