Anyone else have trouble with the latest update? After updating, Protee Labs goes to launch but keeps getting hung up at the license validation. Crashes out right after that even after re-entering license information.
I did a remote session with the help desk and they couldn't get anything to go through either and basically said a new update was coming soon and to try that one.
To be fair I'm updating from all the way back from 1.3 something. Haven't really used the unit since the weather got nice and I can hit outside. But I don't know why that would matter.
