Hi Everyone, first time posting. I'm in the process of planning a simulator to go in a room with a vaulted ceiling. I would like to avoid having to install ceiling mounts on long tubes, which means that I would need to mount the VX and the projector to the enclosure. I like the clean look of the SimBooth which has a rafter you can use to mount the projector.
Unfortunately, the top of the enclosure is less than 100" form the top of the hitting surface which is too low for the VX. I could build a mount out of pipes to raise the LM to the required height and mount that to the top of the enclosure, but the rafter (the stick) will be crossing perpendicular and about 12-16" below the center of the LM . Would this interfere with for reading/tracking of swings? It looks like the cameras/sensors are at the edges of the VX in the red circles, but I'm not sure.
Thanks for your help.
