Really Disappointed

I am really disappointed with my experience so far. I previously posted about driver swing speed being 5mph slower than other LMs I have used recently. Take a look at these readings and let me know if I am crazy, but they look laughably bad to me.

I reached out to support today and to the dealer I purchased through. leaning towards swapping for another system, just not sure which. I don’t want to use special balls or mark my clubs. Maybe GC3? Not sure it makes since to pay the extra for GCQuad.

What ball are you using and how bright is the light on the hitting area. It's hard to be certain but from the images the ball looks blown out and featureless which will give the VX a real hard time getting the spin reading which is most likely why it is so low and why the shots are doing what they are doing. What is your usual spin number with driver on other systems

What kind of golf balls are you using? Spin is completely off. Please use the bug reporting tool so our team receives all the data points, and the full video.

We recommend to use TP5 Pix ball to test. These balls have a lot of markings and are easies to track at high speed.

Do not use white bird-tees.

Have been using ProV1 balls. I purchased some TM pix balls yesterday.

Usually get 5 doz, so far they have been excellent quality (5A Mint)

I am also very disappointed which my speed on the VX but my kid has 185 ball speed so it's not the VX.
