New ProTee owner; can’t download Labs

I just got my gaming PC built and tried to download the ProTee Labs software from the setup page on Protee’s website. When I clicked the .exe link it wouldn’t open anything, saying “refuse to connect.” Has anyone else had this issue? I tried doing it on another PC of mine to see what would happen and the same thing happened. It won’t do anything on my phone either. Any help is appreciated!

Something is blocking the download link. Could be your antivirus software, software or even your provider.

Try using your mobile phone as a hotspot and connect your PC to your phone.

Thanks. When I click the link it says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. ChatGPT was telling me that means my computer made it to the site but that there is something wrong with Protee’s server. Is that true?

If you see a message that you made it, then all is working. Otherwise something is blocking the site.
Ask your provider if they are blocking the site for no reason.
