  • Ball Track seems to have stopped working, but debug still shows sensors triggering

    I already submitted a ticket with customer support. I'm not sure if I have a hardware or software failure here. I've checked all the connections and tried a different USB port. The interface is still showing the sensors as being ok. But when I try a swing I get this error code:

    Error in Timer_always_10ms
    Err#: 11
    Descr.: Division by zero
    Source: ProTeeGSI

    And a warning saying Ball not found! Has anybody had a similar error? I wanted to post this here, too, since ProTee likely won't get back to me until Monday. I was hoping to get some possible help sooner than that. Thanks in advance. Luckily I only had one booking still on this sim and I was able to move their reservation to another one. But the guys that were playing on that sim had to be stopped short.

    I'd pull the sensor mat and try it on another sim but I'm booked solid until 7pm.

    An update, I heard back from support. Most likely a broken sensor mat. I'll find out more on Monday.
